Szybex acquires Euro-Glas and strengthens its presence in southern Poland

Szybex announces the acquisition of Euro-Glas – a family-owned company from southern Poland operating in the same segment: automotive glass repair and replacement. Both companies were founded in 1992 and have spent over three decades building their operations on a similar model – local service points, quality workmanship, and direct customer relationships.The transaction includes four service locations: two in Kraków and one each in Tarnów and Rzeszów.
