LEADING MIDDLE EAST TELECOM OPERATOR
Tecnotree is pleased to announce the successful implementation of its integrated
sales & services framework - ConciergeTM at one of MTN Group's largest
operations in the Middle East. This is yet another milestone for Tecnotree in
its quest to be the ‘partner of choice' for the Communication Service Providers
across the globe.
The telecom operator, with an ever growing subscriber base of over 25 million,
posed many implementation challenges related to complex business processes. Even
with these challenges, Tecnotree's Concierge was implemented in record time.
Designed using the industry standard e-TOM framework, Concierge enables the
operator to manage their subscribers in a convergent environment. Seamless
integration of multiple backend systems to create a single consistent window to
manage critical subscriber operations continues to be the unique value
proposition of Concierge.
Concierge provided the operator with a robust and flexible framework which could
be used by the enterprise users as well as channel partners. This enabled the
operator to open up more points of customer acquisition faster thereby helping
them record unprecedented number of subscriber registrations. The incorporation
of the Business Process Management (BPM) stack has further helped the operator
design, simulate, perfect and subsequently introduce new processes quickly,
thereby greatly reducing turn-around times.
