Viking Acquisitions Corp. has submitted an update to its previous offer to Tecnotree

Tecnotree has received from Viking Acquisitions Corp. (“Viking”) on Tuesday, 18 September 2018 an update to Viking’s previous offer submitted on 29 June 2018. The updated document is attached to this release and it will be addressed in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Tecnotree on 24 September 2018. The Board of Directors is in the process of evaluating the proposal and will, at the latest, present is view in the Extraordinary General Meeting.
