European Commission closes investigation of Tele2 and several other telecom companies in Sweden

Stockholm – The European Commission today informed Tele2 that it has closed the investigation of Tele2 AB (“Tele2”) (Nasdaq Stockholm: TEL2 A and TEL2 B) and three other telecom companies in Sweden, which was initiated 25 April 2017.

The European Commission initiated an investigation of Tele2 and three other telecom companies in Sweden on 25 April 2017. Today, the European Commission has informed Tele2 that the investigation has been closed without any further action.
