Tele2 Austria acquires internet service provider Silver Server

Stockholm - Tele2 AB (Tele2), (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm: TEL2 A and TEL2 B) today announced that its Austrian organisation will acquire internet service provider Silver Server, which specialises in serving business customers. Tele2 will pay in cash approximately SEK 110 million on a cash and debt free basis. Completion is expected following approval from the Austrian Competition Authorities.

The acquisition will give Tele2 Austria a stronger presence in the B2B market, and reinforce its position as Austria's leading alternative telecoms provider.

In 2010, Silver Server had net sales of SEK 100 million and EBITDA of SEK 20 million.
