Tele2 ranks first in corporate transparency reporting
Stockholm - Tele2 AB (Tele2), (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm: TEL2 A and TEL2 B) today announced that it has been ranked number one out of the largest Sweden based companies for transparency in corporate reporting.
The study has been conducted by Transparency International Sweden and concludes that Tele2 AB ranks number one in the aggregated index, both in the Swedish as well as in an international context. The study analyzes corporate reporting against three main metrics: anti-corruption, organizational transparency and the disclosure of key financial information on a country-by-country basis.
Tele2 scores 8.0 out of 10 points in the aggregated transparency index. The best company in the equivalent international assessment scored 7.3 points and the second best Swedish company scored 6.7 points.
