Teleperformance and Scandic Denmark Wins Silver for Best Outsourcing Partnership in 2020 European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards

STOCKHOLM, MARCH 19TH 2021 - Teleperformance, a leading global group in digital integrated business services, today announced that its operations in Copenhagen, Denmark, won Silver at the 2020 European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA) for Best Outsourcing Partnership (Small Program) for its cooperation with Scandic Denmark, in a virtual ceremony held on March 16, 2021.

Highly regarded for its robust judging process, the ECCCSAs award organisations that value their people, continually innovate to improve the customer experience, and operate efficiently and effectively.
