Teleperformance and Scandic Denmark Wins Silver for Best Outsourcing Partnership in 2020 European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards
STOCKHOLM, MARCH 19TH 2021 - Teleperformance, a leading global group in digital integrated business services, today announced that its operations in Copenhagen, Denmark, won Silver at the 2020 European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA) for Best Outsourcing Partnership (Small Program) for its cooperation with Scandic Denmark, in a virtual ceremony held on March 16, 2021.
