Teleperformance appoints Chief Transformation Officer for the Nordic Region

STOCKHOLM, August 17, 2021 – Teleperformance, a leading global group in digitally integrated business services announces the appointment of Robert Hagström as Chief Transformation Officer for the Nordic Region.

The appointment is part of a strategic effort to invest in strengthening and accelerating Teleperformance’s digital business transformation capabilities in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark.

Robert has held various senior positions with companies such as Bankgirot, Swedbank and more recently, PA Consulting Group.  He has more than 20 years of experience within the areas of strategy and solution development, change management, organizational effectiveness, program management and operations improvement, within industries such as telecom, banking, insurance, automotive, life sciences, transport, and public sector.  Robert holds a MSC in Mechanics and Finance from Luleå University and is certified in Lean Six Sigma – Black Belt.
