Teleperformance earns second consecutive Great Place to Work® award in Finland

STOCKHOLM, 16 SEPTEMBER 2022 – Teleperformance, a leading global group in digitally integrated business services, announced that its operations in Finland received the prestigious Great Place to Work® (GPTW®) certification for the second consecutive year.

A global authority on workplace culture, Great Place to Work® provides independent company assessments based entirely on employees’ feedback about their workplace experience.

Highlights from the survey result show that over 91% percent feel that they are treated fairly regardless of gender, sexual orientation or age, with 97% who feel that they are treated fairly regardless of race.

The Trust Index© Survey from Great Place to Work® was conducted in June 2022, covering all aspects of the employee experience and view on the company culture.

In 2022, Teleperformance Group have received Great Place to Work® certifications in 64 countries, up four countries from 2021. With this achievement, Teleperformance increases its number of certified countries two years in a row and confirms over 97% of its 420,000 global employees are working in a Great Place to Work® location. The sheer scale and magnitude of this global people initiative sets a very high standard in employee care for large global companies in all industry sectors.
