Teleperformance Nordic Wins Silver for Best BPO Partnership at the 2022 European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards

STOCKHOLM, DECEMBER 5, 2022 - Teleperformance, a leading global group in digital integrated business services, is delighted to announce that its operations serving the Nordic Region won Silver at the 2022 European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA) for Best BPO Partnership for its outsourcing partnership with Mercedes-Benz AG. The award ceremony was held in London on November 22, 2022.

They were recognized in the categories of Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year, Best BPO Partnership, Great Place To Work (Large), Best Approach to Diversity & Inclusion, and Most Effective Application of Technology (EX).

Since 2019, Teleperformance has collected a total of 33 ECCCSAs, including 11 Gold, 13 Silver, and 9 Bronze.
