Yannis Tourcomanis as New Interim CEO for Teleperformance Nordic

STOCKHOLM, 17 OCTOBER 2022 – Teleperformance, a leading global group in digitally integrated business services announced today that Yannis Tourcomanis will be the new Interim CEO for Teleperformance Nordic, effective 17th October 2022, transitioning from Erika Rönnquist Hoh. Erika has been CEO since January 2021.

The process of recruiting a successor will begin immediately to locate a permanent CEO that can lead the company on its continued journey. Under Erika’s leadership, Teleperformance has had a great development despite unexpected challenges in the market caused by the overall changed macro environment. Erika has contributed significantly to taking the company to a new level of leadership and digitalization. 

Yannis Tourcomanis, CEO CEMEA Region, Teleperformance Group, says: “Erika has, during her years with Teleperformance, developed the company, but macro challenges have led to a situation where management focus need to change to align with current circumstances.  I want to thank Erika for her decisive efforts in changing the course of the company’s development. I will be taking over as an interim CEO for the Nordics, supported by Marieke Smidt, our CEMEA Regional COO, to whom I will assign part of my responsibilities for the day-to-day management of the company. In the meantime, we will be actively searching for a permanent CEO who can lead the transformation effort and reposition Teleperformance Nordic for success. I have full confidence in our teams in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland and I am confident of their dedication and commitment.
