Artificial Solutions Announces Correction to ISIN Code
Artificial Solutions®, the leading specialist in enterprise-strength conversational AI, announced today that due to a technicality the previously disclosed ISIN code was incorrect. As detailed in a bulletin from Artificial Solutions Intern. AB's annual general meeting, held on February 28, 2019, the company announced in was carrying out a reverse stock split in relations 1:30.
The new ISIN code should read SE0012377802.
The last day of trading on Nasdaq First North with the current ISIN code SE0010245688 was 11 March 2019. From 12 March the share for Artificial Solutions International AB, Shortcode: ASAI, will be traded under the new ISIN code of SE0012377802.
In addition, the ISIN number published in the company description is also incorrect. The ISIN code should read SE0012377802.
The order book will not change.
