Artificial Solutions changes name to Teneo AI AB
Artificial Solutions International AB (publ) ("Artificial Solutions") today announces that the company will change its name to Teneo AI AB ("Teneo" or the "Company") in accordance with a resolution made at Artificial Solutions' Annual General Meeting on 26 June 2024. On 20 August, trading will commence under the new ticker TENEO.
The new company name has been registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office and trading in the Company's shares will take place under the new name Teneo AI AB (short name: TENEO) as of 20 August 2024. The ISIN code will continue to be SE0018397184. The FISN code will change to TENEO/SH.
