Teollisuuden Voima (TVO) issues SEK 2 billion bonds in total

Teollisuuden Voima Oyj (TVO) will issue a SEK 875 million five-year fixed rate bond and SEK 1 125 million five-year floating rate bond. The bonds will be issued under TVO's EMTN programme and listing in Luxembourg Stock Exchange will be applied.

The proceeds will be used to buy back maturing bonds and for general corporate purposes.

Handelsbanken and Swedbank act as lead managers for the transaction.
