Composition of Terveystalo Plc Shareholders' Nomination Board

Terveystalo's Nomination Board comprises the representatives of the five largest shareholders of the company on November 1, 2017 and, in addition, Chairman of the Board of Directors. Its duties include the search, preparation and presentation of member candidates for the Board of Directors, and the Board of Directors' remuneration matters. The Nomination Board shall elect amongst its members the chairman.

 According to this, the members of Terveystalo's Nomination Board are:

  • Maija-Liisa Friman, Helsinki Deaconess Institute
  • Ole Johansson, Hartwall Capital

  • Fredrik Cappelen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Terveystalo Plc
     

In its organizing meeting on 2 November 2017, the Nomination Board elected Risto Murto amongst its members as Chairman.

The now appointed Nomination Board will forward its proposals for the Annual General Meeting to Terveystalo's Board of Directors on 1 February 2018 at the latest.
