Minttu Sinisalo has been appointed Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Terveystalo

Minttu Sinisalo b. 1980, M.Sc. (Econ.), has been appointed Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Terveystalo. She will join the company as of 21 February 2020, at the latest. Minttu Sinisalo will become a member of the executive team and report to Ville Iho who was appointed as the President and CEO in August 2019. Mr. Iho will start in the position as of 8 February 2020, at the latest. Sari Petäjäniemi-Soininen will serve as interim Senior Vice President of Human Resources until Ms. Sinisalo joins the company.
Minttu Sinisalo joins Terveystalo from Finnair, where she has worked in a variety of HR leadership roles at a Group level, having been responsible for, inter alia, remuneration policies and practices, short and long term incentive schemes, performance management, talent acquisition and employer branding. Currently Minttu Sinisalo is in charge of human resource matters in the Operations unit consisting of over 2,000 employees.
