Terveystalo Plc: Disclosure under chapter 9, section 10 of the securities market act

Terveystalo Plc has received a notification in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act from Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company ("Ilmarinen"). According to the notification, the total holdings in Terveystalo shares and votes held by Ilmarinen has decreased to 4.44 percent (5,686,888 shares) of all of the outstanding shares in Terveystalo as a result of share transactions concluded on 17 December 2018. Previous position of Ilmarinen in Terveystalo shares was 6,436,888 shares, which represented 5.03 percent of the outstanding shares in Terveystalo.
The share capital of Terveystalo consists in aggregate of 128,036,531 shares, each share entitling to one (1) vote.
