Today, 28 October, 2021, Terveystalo Plc's Board of Directors has resolved to pay a second dividend of EUR 0.13 for the company's financial year 2020 and has decided its record and payment dates based on the authorization given by the Annual General Meeting held on 25 March, 2021.

In accordance with the decision of the Annual General Meeting, a dividend of EUR 0.13 per share was paid on April 7, 2021. After the second dividend payment, which was now resolved, the total amount of dividends paid by Terveystalo for the financial year 2020 will be EUR 0.26 per share (i.e. approximately EUR 33 million). On their decision, the Terveystalo’s Board of Directors considered the company’s stable financial position and positive outlook for next year despite the uncertainty related to the coronavirus pandemic. Dividend will not be paid on the company’s own shares held by the company.

A dividend of EUR 0.13 per share will be paid to a shareholder registered in the company’s shareholders’ register maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd on the dividend record date, 1 November, 2021. The payment date of the second dividend is 10 November, 2021.
