Terveystalo Plc Annual Financial Report 18 February 2022 at 11:30 am EET

Terveystalo Plc has today published its Annual Report for the year 2021.

The Annual Report 2021 consists of four parts:

  • Year 2021 presents the strategic development and key events that took place during the year.
  • Responsibility describes Terveystalo’s corporate responsibility efforts and their results in line with the GRI Standards Core reporting guidelines.
  • Corporate Governance includes the Corporate Governance Statement, Remuneration Policy and the Remuneration Report.
  • Financials includes the Financial Statements, the Board of Directors' Report and the Auditor's Report. The Statement of Non-Financial Information is included in the Board of Directors' report.

The Financial Statements are published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements in Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML) format. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The audit firm KPMG Oy has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Terveystalo’s ESEF financial statements in accordance with ISAE 3000 (Revised).
