BHS issues guidance on High Speed Rail Plans

The British Horse Society has issued guidance on the Department for Transport’s High Speed 2 Rail plans.High Speed 2 is a proposed high-speed rail link between London and the Midlands, with possible later extensions into other parts of the UK.
