The Buller Group Announces the Successful Launch of its Military Veteran Recruitment Training Program
Participants Report Measurable Increase in Veteran Talent Acquisition Skills
HERNDON, Va., August 23, 2012 - Global human capital services firm The Buller Group announced today the successful launch of its ground-breaking Certified Veteran Recruiter (CVR) Program. The CVR Program educates recruiting and HR professionals on the key skills and knowledge needed to address Veteran talent acquisition and retention and is being viewed by government leaders as an important part of the solution to Veteran unemployment.
Even the most experienced participants reported measurable increases in skill and awareness as a result of the course, particularly in sourcing, resume translation, screening, interviewing, and Wounded Warrior job candidates. Further increasing the Program’s impact, The Buller Group partnered with Walter Reed Military Medical Center to incorporate a group of severely wounded service members, adding real-time career application for both participants and Veterans.

The CVR Program’s Certificate of Completion bears the official seal of the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), and awards 15 credits toward PHR & SPHR recertification.
