New Recruiter Training Program Addresses Critical, Intel Talent Shortage

HERNDON, Va., November 5, 2012 - Global human capital services firm The Buller Group announced today the launch of the Intel Recruiter Certification (IRC) Program, a new industry accredited training course that provides professional recruiters the skill and experience to successful source, recruit and hire candidates in, and in support of, the Intelligence Community.

With the drawdown in forces in Afghanistan and other hot spots around the globe, our nation's defense will rely even more heavily on Intelligence. As a result, the demand for highly cleared candidates is far outpacing the supply.  Given the extremely competitive market, it is crucial that recruiters strategically tailor their efforts by learning the correct way to source, recruit and train cleared candidates.

“As the leader in cleared recruiting, The Buller Group is very excited to offer recruiters a comprehensive training program that will help organizations successfully compete for cleared talent in support of the Intelligence Community,” said Rob Buller, CEO of The Buller Group. “Cleared talent is extremely difficult to come by and very competitive to close, which is why it is increasingly important to manage and optimize cleared talent acquisition at the highest possible level.”

The Program’s Certificate of Completion bears the official seal of the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), and awards 14 credits toward PHR & SPHR recertification. The IRC professional credential differentiates the certified recruiter from their direct competition. Moreover, IRC helps organizations surpass other companies in government proposals.

The Intel Recruiter Certification is part of The Buller Group’s Recruiter Training division that also includes Certified Veteran Recruiter (CVR). IRC registration is now open for December 11-12 and February 26-27 in Reston, VA. Both sessions will be hosted by Jackson Lewis, a law firm dedicated to representing management exclusively in workplace matters.
