Located in the food court at Menlo Park Mall in Edison, NJ, Just Falafel will offer residents a new and convenient quality dining option.

Vege Group, LLC has signed a franchise deal with Just Falafel to open at the Menlo Park Mall Food Court in Edison, NJ. Vege Group will open a total of 30 restaurants in 6 New Jersey counties over the next few years, becoming part of the communities that it serves. Just Falafel was founded in 2007, and the world has quickly developed a taste for their high-quality offerings: more than 700 franchises have been sold across 18 countries.
