Cologne, 12th November 2013. It's official now: the East-Asian restaurant „taku“ received a Michelin-Star once again. It was in November 2011, when the top-restaurant-guide ennobled the gourmet mecca with the most important award in fine dining industry for the first time. Now the succes-story continues: According to the most recent: „Guide Michelin 2014” Excelsior Hotel Ernst's 'taku” and executive chef cook Mirko Gaul are ranked among the best of the best. The kitchen's success under Gaul's leadership indicates, according to the manager of the Excelsior Hotel Ernst, Henning Matthiesen
