Thule Group AB (publ) publish restated previously unpublished financial data due to the sale of the snow chains division
Due to Thule Group´s divestment of its snow chains business in September 2015 the group publishes recalculated, previously unpublished financial data (net sales, underlying EBIT and operating income) for the group for the years 2011 – 2015.
The restated historical financial information below is attributable to the reclassification of the snow chains division net income as a discontinued operation in the income statement.

The following financial periods in the information above has already been published:
- Quarterly numbers from July to September 2015 and 2014 were published November 4, 2015, in connection with the interim report for the third quarter 2015.
- Quarterly numbers from October to December 2015 and 2014, as well as full-year numbers in 2015 and 2014, were published February 15, 2016 in connection with the year-end report 2015.
Discontinued operations for the financial years 2011 – 2015 consist, in addition to the snow chains division, of the trailer operations (Trailers) which was divested in May 2014 and the towbar operations (Towing), which was divested in November 2014.
