Issuance of new shares in Thunderful Group AB has been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office

In accordance the previously announced acquisition of all outstanding shares in Headup GmbH, 446,250 shares in Thunderful Group AB have been issued at a subscription price of SEK 56.80 per share.

The total number of shares in Thunderful Group AB after registration of the share issue with the Swedish Companies Registration Office amounts to 68,976,918 shares. Through the issuance of new shares, the share capital in Thunderful Group AB has increased to SEK 689,769.18.
