TietoEVRY’s Sustainability game plan 2023 highlights the company’s ambitions for climate actions and gender balance
TietoEVRY’s Sustainability report 2020, published today as part of the Annual Report, conveys the company’s new sustainability strategy and related targets reported in accordance with GRI Standards. The report outlines the company’s ambitions and describes the actions for the climate, ethical conduct as well as creating an exciting place to work.
For TietoEVRY, sustainability is both a responsibility and an opportunity. We strive to be environmentally, socially, and financially responsible in our work to meet our stakeholders’ requirements and expectations, but also to drive more sustainable outcomes for our customers and society more widely.
With the new sustainability strategy, called TietoEVRY Sustainability game plan 2023 – Upgrading tomorrow, we launch our long-term sustainability ambitions with concrete KPIs for responsible operations as well as sustainable business impact opportunities. The focus is on climate actions, ethical conduct, and making TietoEVRY an exciting place to work.

Our key ambitions towards 2023:
Our ambition is to achieve carbon neutrality in our operations by 2025.
We aim to cut 80% of our energy-related greenhouse gas emissions during 2020- 2023.
We commit to recycle 100% of the hardware covering our own use as well as devices provided to customers.
We help our customers to reduce their carbon footprint, increase their energy efficiency, and reduce their use of natural resources through our services and solutions.
The Diversity and Inclusion Charter defines what diversity means for us as a company. As part of the work, we have set ambitious goals for gender balance, aiming ultimately to reach equal representation of men and women in the company by 2030.
We encourage our employees to speak up and use the whistleblowing channel for any suspected misconduct or violation of our Code of Conduct.
