Tikkurila Oyj has today published the company’s Annual Review for 2020. The Annual Review comprises the Financial Statements for 2020, Board of Directors’ Report for as well as the Corporate Governance Statement. The Remuneration Report for 2020 is published as a separate report.

The Reports are available in English and Finnish. All materials are attached to this release and available also at Tikkurila’s website: www.tikkurilagroup.com/investors.  

Tikkurila’s Sustainability Report will be published in March 2021.

As informed in the Financial Statements Release published on 12 February 2021, Tikkurila's Annual General Meeting will be held at a later date.
