Tikkurila's financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2020

Tikkurila Oyj will publish its financial statement release, half year financial report and two business reviews in 2020 as follows:

- February 12, 2020: Financial statement release for 2019
- April 29, 2020: Business review for January-March 2020
- July 24, 2020: Half year financial report for January-June 2020
- October 29, 2020: Business review for January-September 2020

Tikkurila observes a silent period of 30 days before it publishes financial statements release, half-year report and business reviews.

The electronic version of the annual review for 2019 will be published on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at the latest.

Tikkurila Oyj's Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2020. Tikkurila's board of directors will convene the meeting.
