Tikkurila's financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2021
In 2021, Tikkurila Oyj will publish its Financial statements release, Half year financial report and two Business reviews as follows:
- Financial statements release for 2020: 12 February 2021
- Business review for January–March 2021: 28 April 2021
- Half year financial report for January–June 2021: 23 July 2021
- Business review for January–September 2021: 27 October 2021
Tikkurila follows a silent period of 30 days before it publishes its Financial statements release, Half year financial report and Business reviews.
The annual review for 2020 will be available online on Thursday, 4 March 2021 at the latest.
Tikkurila Oyj's Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday, March 25, 2020. Tikkurila's Board of Directors will convene the meeting. Shareholders’ proposals for the AGM should be sent the latest by January 14, 2021 to the following email address: agm@tikkurila.com.
