Tiscali: Disposal Tiscali Norway Cagliari, 23rd August 2004. Tiscali announces today the disposal of its Norwegian subsidiary, Tiscali AS, to Telenor Telecom Solutions AS, a subsidiary of Telenor ASA (TEL, Oslo Stock Exchange; NASDAQ). The consideration is NOK 49.9 million (ca EUR 6 million) in cash. Tiscali's board of directors approves 3Q03 results EBITDA positive for the fourth consecutive quarter Broadband customers grow to over 600,000 · Consolidated revenues at EUR 222.2 million in 3Q03, up 24% YoY · 602,000 ADSL customers, an increase of 132,000 (or 28%) vs 2Q03; 18,000 new subscribers per week in September · EBITDA positive for the fourth consecutive quarter at EUR 14.1 million Milan, 14th November 2003. The board of directors of Tiscali has approved the company's 3Q03 results. Revenues and EBITDA continued their upward trend despite seasonality (most notably in July and August).
