Gitte Pugholm Aabo proposed as new Chair of the Board of Directors of Tobii Dynavox
The Nomination Committee of Tobii Dynavox has now completed its recruitment process for the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
Gitte Pugholm Aabo is proposed as the new Chair of the Board, who would thereby succeed Åsa Hedin, who in December 2023 informed the Nomination Committee that she is not available for re-election at the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
Gitte Pugholm Aabo, is a Danish citizen, born in 1967 and holds an MBA from Copenhagen Business School. She has had a long career in the pharmaceutical industry and in medical technology. In 2023, she left her position as CEO of the Danish hearing aid company GN Hearing, which is part of the GN Store Nord Group. Prior to that, Gitte worked for the Danish pharmaceutical company Leo Pharma for 27 years, of which the last 11 years as President and CEO. From 2024, Gitte plans to devote herself entirely to board work.

The Nomination Committee will also propose re-election of the Board members Carl Bandhold, Maarten Barmentlo, Henrik Eskilsson, Charlotta Falvin and Caroline Ingre.
The Nomination Committee's other proposals will be presented in the notice to the Annual General Meeting 2024.
