Toivo Group Plc (hereinafter referred to as “Toivo” or “the Company”) has concluded a company acquisition that will see the Company carry out a residential apartment building project comprising 35 apartments in the Solja residential area in Pirkkala. The construction of the project is under way, and the degree of completion is approximately 30%. The residents are estimated to be able to move into the new apartments in the spring of 2023.

 

The Solja residential area is one of the latest advances in Pirkkala’s regional development. When completed, the area will provide homes for approximately 1,500 residents. The construction of the area is under way, and a large part of the residents have already been able to move into their new homes.

 

The project will be executed according to class-A energy standards, and the property will be heated by environmentally friendly geothermal heat. Each apartment has a spacious glazed balcony. The floor plans of the apartments emphasise natural lighting and spaciousness as well as efficient use of space.
