The store has also been remodelled in accordance with Tokmanni's latest store concept, which emphasises effortless and pleasant shopping experiences. For instance, it has wide aisles, informative signage and well-defined product areas. Like other Tokmanni stores, the store has a collection point for items purchased from Tokmanni's online store, and the “Soita ja nouda” (Call and Pick Up) ordering service developed for customers at higher risk from coronavirus.
Geographically, the Pudasjärvi stores is in an excellent location in relation to other Tokmanni stores. In addition to the new store, there are 14 Tokmanni chain stores in North Ostrobothnia.
