Additional information:
On September 12 2017, Cidron Disco S.à r.l ("Cidron", a company ultimately owned by Nordic Capital VII Alpha. L.P, and Nordic Capital VI Beta, L.P. (for which Nordic Capital VII Limited acts as General Partner) , together with associated co-investment vehicles) sold its shares in Tokmanni Group Corporation ("Tokmanni") in an accelerated book-building process (the "Share Sale"). Cidron sold 8,952,301 shares in Tokmanni, corresponding to 15.21 percent of all shares and votes in Tokmanni. The transaction was several times oversubscribed. The sale price in the Share Sale was EUR 7.60 per share and the gross sales proceeds of the Share Sale amounted to approximately EUR 68 million. After the Share Sale, Cidron does not own any shares in Tokmanni.
