Tokmanni Group Corporation has received a notification pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act from Handelsbanken Fonder AB. According to the notification the holding of Handelsbanken Fonder AB in the Company’s shares and votes has increased above 5% on 12 June 2020.

After the transaction, Handelsbanken Fonder AB holds 2,978,203 Tokmanni’s shares, which is 5.06% of Tokmanni’s shares and voting rights. Each share entitles its holder to one (1) vote.
