TOMRA: New EUR 150 million sustainability linked revolving credit facility

TOMRA Systems ASA has signed a new EUR 150 million sustainability linked revolving credit facility (“the Facility”) with maturity in December 2027 and with extension options for up to two one-year terms. The Facility replaces an existing revolving credit facility due to expire in December 2025 and will be used for general corporate purposes. TOMRA: Successful private placement of new 10 year senior unsecured green bond

TOMRA Systems ASA, rated A-/stable by Scope Ratings, has today successfully issued a total of NOK 1 billion in a new fixed senior unsecured green bond with 10 year tenor and a coupon of 4.446% p.a.
