TOMRA - Contemplating NOK senior unsecured green bond issuance

TOMRA Systems ASA, rated A- (stable) by Scope, has mandated DNB Markets and Nordea as Joint Lead Managers to arrange a virtual investor meeting on 25 October 2022 where the company and the newly established green bond framework will be presented. Subject to market conditions, one or several NOK denominated senior unsecured green bond issues with expected tenor(s) of 3-5 years may follow.

DNB Markets and Nordea acted as Joint Structuring Advisors of TOMRA’s new green bond framework which has obtained a “Dark Green” shading and governance score “Good” from Cicero (Shades of Green). The Green Bond Framework and Cicero Second Opinion are attached.

In connection with the potential issuance, the company will consider a buy back of the outstanding bond issue with ISIN NO0010868318 (TOM01) with maturity date 14 November 2022.
