Pierre Couderc, represented at TOMRA System ASA’s board of directors, has today acquired 400 shares in TOMRA Systems ASA at a price of NOK 270 per share. After the acquisition Pierre Couderc holds 1,310 shares in TOMRA Systems ASA.
