TOMRA: NEW EUR 150M LOAN FACILITY

TOMRA Systems ASA has today entered into an EUR 150 million Multicurrency Revolving Credit Facility with DNB, Danske Bank, Nordea Bank and Swedbank as lending banks.

The facility has a tenor of 3+1+1 years. The funds will be used to refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes.

The existing EUR 60M facility, expiring in April 2021 and EUR 70M facility expiring in December 2021 will be cancelled.
