The Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 4 May 2021 at 12:00 CET in the company's offices in Drengsrudhagen 2, Asker, Norway. The annual general meeting will be held in Norwegian.

Due to the outbreak of the coronavirus Covid-19, shareholders are encouraged to abstain from attending in person at the general meeting, but rather participate by means of prior voting or granting a proxy.
