TOMRA: PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

Tomra Systems ASA has today purchased 11,029 own shares at an average

price of NOK 50.598 per share at Oslo Stock Exchange. After this

transaction Tomra holds 155,714 treasury shares. The shares will later be

sold to employees as part of the employee share purchase program.
