TOMRA: PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

Tomra Systems ASA has today purchased 33,232 own shares at an average

price of NOK 50.3887 per share at Oslo Stock Exchange. After this

transaction Tomra holds 188,946 treasury shares. The shares will later be

sold to employees as part of the employee share purchase program.
