TOMRA: PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

Tomra Systems ASA purchased 42,460 own shares on Friday 7th November 2014 at an average price of NOK 49.8347 per share at Oslo Stock Exchange. After this transaction Tomra holds 231,406 treasury shares. The shares will later be sold to employees as part of the employee share purchase program.
