TOMRA: PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

Tomra Systems ASA has today purchased 13,279 own shares at an average price of NOK 49.8205 per share at Oslo Stock Exchange. After this transaction Tomra holds 244,685 treasury shares. The shares will later be sold to employees as part of the employee share purchase program.
