TOMRA: PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

Friday, 30.10.2015, TOMRA Systems ASA purchased 28,200 own shares at an average price of NOK 90.1881 per share at Oslo Stock Exchange. After this transaction, TOMRA holds 184,616 treasury shares. The shares will later be sold to employees as part of the employee share purchase program.
