TOMRA: PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

Yesterday, 03.11.2015, TOMRA Systems ASA purchased 21,845 own shares at an average price of NOK 92.0127 per share at Oslo Stock Exchange. After this transaction, TOMRA holds 206,461 treasury shares. The shares will later be sold to employees as part of the employee share purchase program.
