TOMRA: PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

Today, 10.11.2015, TOMRA Systems ASA purchased 20,237 own shares at an average price of NOK 91,5561 per share at Oslo Stock Exchange.

After this transaction, TOMRA holds 323,996 treasury shares. The shares will later be sold to employees as part of the employee share purchase program.
