TOMRA: PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

Today, 12.11.2015, TOMRA Systems ASA purchased 19,803 own shares at an average price of NOK 91.0569 per share at Oslo Stock Exchange. After this transaction, TOMRA holds 370,882 treasury shares. The shares will later be sold to employees as part of the employee share purchase program.
