TOMRA: FIRST QUARTER 2016 RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT

A healthy Q1 for the TOMRA GroupThe TOMRA Group reported total revenues of 1,360 MNOK compared to 1,107 MNOK in first quarter 2015, representing a currency-adjusted increase of 12%. Collection Solutions increased revenues by 14% after adjusting for currencies compared to last year. Sorting Solutions showed a positive 10% growth for the same period. Adjusting for currency effects gross margin declined from 43% to 42% in the quarter. The margin in Collection Solutions was slightly down in the period. Gross margin in Sorting Solutions was stable compared to same period last year.

TOMRA Q2: Strong order intake in Sorting Solutions in a quarter with flat revenues

Revenues in the second quarter 2014 amounted to 1,187 MNOK compared to 1,177 MNOK in second quarter last year. Revenues in TOMRA Collection increased by 4% (down 1% currency adjusted), while revenues in TOMRA Sorting were down 4% (down 8% currency adjusted). Gross margin was 43% in the quarter, up from 42% in the corresponding period last year, explained by improved margins in TOMRA Sorting. Revenues in first quarter 2014 amounted to 1,065 MNOK compared to 966 MNOK in first quarter last year. Solid top line growth for TOMRA Group

Revenues in third quarter 2013 amounted to 1,231 MNOK, compared to 1,101 MNOK in third quarter 2012, up 10% from same quarter last year. Organic and currency adjusted, Collection Solutions reported an increase of 9%, while revenues in Sorting Solutions were up 12%.
